Upcoming Drama Workshops
Our Specialised Workshops create training opportunities not normally available to non-professional actors. Students get the benefit of training with highly experienced instructors in a specific method or style of performing arts training without large investments of time, or an audition.
10 Week Scene Work classes- Spring, 2026.
Classes will run on Wednesday evenings, 6.30pm to 9pm.
Dates: February 25, March 4, March 11, March 18, March 25, April 1, April 8 (Easter break), April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6.
· Week 1: An introduction to acting techniques, an opportunity to play, and step into several charachters, and discover which types of roles you would like to play
· Weeks 2–5: You’ll be paired with a scene partner and assigned a scene to explore together. Through guided exercises, you’ll discover into your character’s motivations, relationships, and objectives—learning how to bring authenticity, depth, and nuance to your dialogue.
· Midway Point: We’ll introduce two focused workshops on voice and movement, led by our returning guest coaches:
· Week 5: Fiona Browne (Voice Coach): to help you strengthen vocal presence and clarity.
· Week 6: Bryan Burroughs (Movement Coach): to develop physical awareness and expressiveness in performance.
· Final Weeks: You’ll refine your scene and integrate all your learning in preparation for a workshop performance in front of an invited audience. (No pressure—inviting friends or family is entirely optional! You’ll have plenty of rehearsal and learn practical techniques to manage nerves.)
You’ll come away with:
· A deeper understanding of scene work and character development
· An opportunity to work receive acting, movement and vocal coaching from professionals in the industry
· Confidence and experience performing in front of an audience
· A feeling of having achieved a massive accomplishment!
· The performance bug. You’ll be looking for more!

· Duration: 10 weeks, starting in Spring- Wednesday evenings
· Time: 6:30 pm – 9 pm
· Location: Dublin 6 ( exact venue tbc)
· Cost: €350.00 -Option to pay in two instalments
· Maximum 12 in class
